**NOTE: You can purchase beef in 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and a whole. Purchase the amount of 1/4s to equal what quantity you want.
**NOTE: You will pay us for the beef animal - - You will pay the locker the processing amount when you pick up your product from them.
At Dutch Acres Farms ( Ryan & Sarah VanDerVliet), we pride ourselves on raising beef the way nature intended – grass-fed start for a healthy growth and corn-finished for the perfect marbling and flavor. Our cattle are raised with care and processed the way you want it, ensuring you get the best cuts every time.
We work with local lockers in Southeast South Dakota.
2. We secure locker dates a year in advance
3. We will bring the animal in to the locker & give them your name and number
4. We will contact you and let you know your beef went in - they typically age the beef for 2 weeks.
5. You will need to call the locker to order your cuts.
6. Final beef prices vary based on market volatility. We will invoice you based on the hanging weight.

Securing your Beef:
$300 - secures 1/4
$600 - secure 1/2 ( purchase two 1/4)
$1200 - secure a whole ( purchase four - 1/4 beef from the website)
**The rest of the amount will be invoiced to you when your animal is brought into the locker and we have secured weights.**
